Most residential home inspections take 2 to 4 hours depending on the size and age of the property. A small condo may take around 2 hours, while a larger home with a crawl space, outbuildings, or older systems can take closer to 4 hours. Your inspector will walk you through the findings on-site before sending the full written report.
Our standard home inspection covers the roof, attic, insulation, exterior, foundation, basement or crawl space, HVAC systems, electrical panel and wiring, plumbing, interior rooms, windows, and doors. We document every visible defect with photos and provide a prioritized written report.
